Hardware is a tactile choice. Eligible samples help you compare finish, scale and feel in the room before a larger project.
Design Sample Credit
The Design Sample Credit program is available to eligible customers in the United States, Canada and Australia. Receive credit equal to the eligible sample merchandise amount paid after discounts, up to US$50, toward one later eligible retail hardware order of at least US$250.
If you spend less than US$50 on eligible sample merchandise, the credit equals that lower amount. Shipping, taxes and other fees are not included in the credit.
Eligible samples
Choose up to three eligible standard, in-stock cabinet pulls, cabinet knobs, T-bars or standard long pulls. Appliance hardware, clearance, custom, made-to-order, non-stock and products specifically identified as ineligible do not qualify.
Request and use your credit
- After receiving your samples, email hello@objecttone.com with the subject “Design Sample Credit Request” and your sample order number.
- We will review eligibility and confirm the credit amount and single-use code.
- Use the credit within 60 days after it is issued on one eligible retail hardware order with a merchandise subtotal of at least US$250, calculated after discounts and before shipping and taxes.
Credit terms
The credit may be used once and cannot be combined with another discount code, promotional credit or offer. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold, and cannot be applied to a previous order. It reduces eligible merchandise prices only, not shipping charges. Eligibility is subject to verification.
Sample returns
Sample purchases are final sale and are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns. This does not apply when a sample is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed, or subject to a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
