THE PROGRAM

A working relationship for design professionals.

The OBJECT & TONE Trade Program is designed to make cabinet hardware specification clearer—from the first finish comparison to the final quantity check. Qualified access is reviewed by professional fit and project scope.

01 · PROJECT SUPPORT

Built around real specifications.

Hardware schedules involve more than choosing a shape. Our support is organized around product families, exact dimensions, compatible finishes, cabinet applications and the quantities required across a room or project.

Share the stage of the project and the decisions still open. We can then focus the conversation on the information that moves the specification forward.

02 · QUALIFIED ACCESS

Professional, not promotional.

Trade access is intended for active interior designers, architects, builders, cabinetmakers, millwork studios and other qualified design professionals. Approval is not an automatic retail discount and does not guarantee a fixed price for every order.

Any eligible pricing, service level, lead time and order terms are confirmed for the specific project before purchase.

HOW WE CAN HELP

From material palette to hardware schedule.

A concise, well-documented specification reduces revisions, measurement errors and last-minute finish decisions.

SPECIFICATION

Compare form, scale and finish as one system.

We can help organize pulls, knobs, T-bars and long pulls across doors, drawers, tall cabinets and furniture while maintaining a coherent collection language. Product guidance is based on the dimensions and finish availability shown for the selected items.

FINISH REVIEW

Resolve the surrounding palette early.

Compare hardware beside cabinet paint or timber, stone, tile, plumbing and lighting. Photography and display settings can shift perceived color, so eligible physical samples are recommended before a larger specification is finalized.

PROJECT REVIEW

Bring measurements and context.

For useful pre-order guidance, provide cabinet or drawer dimensions, panel thickness, existing center-to-center spacing, quantities, project location and installation timing. Elevations, schedules and clear photographs are helpful when available.

Final drilling positions and installation suitability remain the responsibility of the installer working with the cabinetry.

SIZE & PLACEMENT GUIDE

ORDER COORDINATION

Confirm the order before it becomes a site issue.

Before purchase, verify the product name, finish, size, quantity, mounting surface and shipping destination. Project-specific quotations or support notes should be reviewed against the final hardware schedule.

Do not drill cabinetry or schedule installation from photography alone; use the published dimensions and the actual hardware whenever possible.

WHO IT IS FOR

A program for people responsible for the result.

The common thread is professional responsibility for selecting, documenting, ordering or installing the hardware.

DESIGN & ARCHITECTURE

Interior designers and architects.

For studios developing residential, hospitality or selected commercial interiors, the program supports finish comparison, family coordination, scale decisions and organized project inquiries.

Applications should include a business website, portfolio or another clear record of professional practice.

BUILD & MILLWORK

Builders, cabinetmakers and millwork studios.

For professionals translating design intent into drilled cabinetry, accurate center-to-center spacing, overall dimensions, projection, base size and screw requirements are essential. Project inquiries should identify the cabinetry type, thickness and expected installation conditions.

PROJECT PROCUREMENT

Development, hospitality and procurement teams.

Multifamily, hospitality and other volume inquiries are reviewed according to product suitability, quantities, destination and timing. Availability and commercial terms must be confirmed in writing for the specific project before they are relied upon.

PROGRAM BOUNDARY

What the application is not.

The Trade Program is not intended as a general consumer promotion, an affiliate arrangement or automatic access to all future pricing. Personal renovation purchases without a qualifying professional practice should use the standard storefront and customer support channels.

THE PROCESS

Apply once. Specify with clarity.

Our initial workflow is intentionally direct so the project context remains attached to the person responsible for the specification.

STEP 01

Apply with professional details.

Tell us who you are, the role you perform, where you work and the kind of project support you need. Include a business website or portfolio when possible.

STEP 02

Qualification is reviewed.

We review the professional information and project scope supplied. We may request additional documentation before confirming eligibility. Approval criteria and benefits may change as the program develops.

STEP 03

Build the hardware schedule.

Select the product family, finish and sizes; verify every center-to-center measurement; count by cabinet position; and note any non-standard panel thickness. Keep one version of the schedule as the order reference.

STEP 04

Confirm project terms and place the order.

Any approved pricing, stock position, timing, shipping and project-specific terms are confirmed before purchase. Review the final order carefully; custom site conditions and drilling decisions cannot be inferred from an order alone.

TRADE APPLICATION

Tell us about your practice.

Use the form for a new professional application or a defined project inquiry. Required fields establish who is responsible for the specification; the remaining detail helps us route the request.

TRADE QUESTIONS

Before you submit.

Direct answers about qualification, projects, samples and ordering.

ELIGIBILITY Who may apply for the OBJECT & TONE Trade Program?

The program is intended for active interior designers, architects, builders, general contractors, cabinetmakers, millwork studios and selected development, hospitality or procurement professionals. Every application is reviewed individually; submitting professional information does not guarantee approval.

ELIGIBILITY What professional information should I provide?

Provide your company or studio name, work email, professional role, business location and a website, portfolio or other clear evidence of professional practice. Also describe the project type, approximate hardware quantity and support needed when you have an active project.

PROGRAM What benefits are included?

Support may include product-family coordination, finish and size guidance, project review, organized quotations or eligible project pricing, and order coordination. The exact benefits available to an approved account or project are confirmed directly and may depend on scope, product and destination.

PRICING Is there a standard trade discount?

We do not publish or promise one universal percentage on this page. Eligibility, project quantities and products are reviewed before any pricing is confirmed. A submitted or approved application should not be treated as a quotation.

SAMPLES Can trade professionals order finish samples?

Eligible sample options are listed on the Samples page. Availability, charges and any applicable sample-credit terms should be confirmed there before ordering. Evaluate samples beside the actual cabinet, stone and surrounding metals under the room's normal light.

QUOTATIONS What is needed for a project quotation?

Send the product names, finishes, sizes, quantities, project location and desired order timing. Include panel thickness or special site requirements when relevant. A quotation is only complete when product configuration, shipping assumptions and applicable terms are stated in writing.

TIMING Does trade approval guarantee stock or lead time?

No. Approval does not reserve inventory or guarantee a delivery date. Product availability and estimated timing must be checked for the final configuration and quantity before the project schedule relies on them.

DOCUMENTATION Can I submit resale or tax-exemption documentation?

If your business has valid documentation for the applicable jurisdiction, mention it in the application. Acceptance and tax treatment depend on the documentation, destination and current requirements and must be confirmed before the order is processed.

CLIENT ORDERS Can my client purchase directly?

Tell us how you want the project coordinated when you apply. Account access, pricing, payment responsibility, shipping destination and returns should be assigned clearly before the order is placed. Do not forward account-specific terms unless their use has been confirmed.

ACCOUNT SUPPORT I already applied. How should I ask about a new project?

Use the same work email associated with the original inquiry and include the project name, location, product list, quantities and target timing. This helps keep the project history and specification together.
