Active interior designers, architects, builders, general contractors, cabinetmakers, millwork studios and qualified development, hospitality or procurement professionals may apply. Provide your company or studio, work email, role, business location and a website, portfolio or other clear evidence of professional practice. New practices can describe their current work and responsibilities.

Applications are reviewed individually and may need further evidence. Approval is not guaranteed. Personal renovation purchases use our standard storefront.

Each newly approved designer receives $50 USD Store Credit once. Choose any available hardware, size and finish to review as samples, or save the credit for later Trade purchases. It can be used across multiple orders; unused balance expires six months from issue. Sign in to choose Store Credit at checkout, or pay without it when an employer is funding the order. Credit is linked to your Trade account and cannot be transferred.

Hardware shipping is $9.95 below $150 in merchandise and free at $150 or more in the United States, Canada and Australia. This threshold uses merchandise after Trade pricing and other product discounts, before Store Credit is applied as payment. Taxes and applicable charges appear at checkout. Samples follow normal retail dispatch timing; availability is confirmed when ordering. Our retail Samples program has separate terms.

Send your project name, location and stage; product names, finishes, sizes and quantities; and target order or installation date. Plans or a cabinet schedule help. Include panel thickness, door and drawer dimensions, existing centre-to-centre spacing for replacements and any special site requirements.

We confirm configuration, availability, estimated timing, shipping and project-specific terms in writing. Trade approval does not reserve stock or guarantee a delivery date. Before drilling, the installer must verify published dimensions, screw requirements and the actual hardware against the cabinetry.

STANDARD is 15% off regular retail prices; PLUS is 20%. Trade pricing does not combine with WELCOME10 or other promotional discount codes. Store Credit remains a payment method.

For gift, introduction and PLUS thresholds, we count paid merchandise after Trade pricing, product discounts and merchandise refunds, excluding tax and shipping. Paying with Store Credit does not reduce that total. Orders for one project may be combined; an order cannot count toward multiple projects.

PLUS requires $3,000 USD in net merchandise purchases over a rolling 12 months, followed by account review. No minimum number of projects or orders is required. A first large project may receive early PLUS access after quotation review. The first PLUS term lasts 12 months, with review before renewal. It applies to future orders, does not reprice past orders and does not reissue welcome credit.

Once an approved Trade member’s hardware purchases for one qualifying project total $750 USD or more, we provide one complimentary large TwoWoodCo walnut cutting board. Gift delivery to you or your client is included in the United States, Canada and Australia.

Confirm the project reference, personalisation and recipient with our team. We confirm spelling and engraving before production. Hardware dispatch is not held for gift production. Split orders for the same project do not earn additional gifts.

Send 3–8 photographs or image links of completed work using OBJECT & TONE, a short project story and designer/photographer credits. Phone photographs are welcome. Use our Contact form, or email image links to hello@objecttone.com. Selection depends on usable images and the project story; submission does not guarantee a feature or reward.

We confirm website and brand social publishing permission with the relevant rights holders, and approve credits and copy with you. Selected, authorised projects receive $75 USD Store Credit, valid for six months. Paid advertising requires separate permission. Rewards do not depend on a positive review. The collection images above are illustrative brand styling, not completed client projects.

The new designer names you in their application message, or contacts us before their first formal project quotation. No referral code is required. Initial sample purchases do not prevent qualification.

After approval, their first qualifying project must reach $750 USD in paid and delivered merchandise. We issue your $50 USD Store Credit after 30 days from delivery, once any open return is resolved and the project remains eligible. It is valid for six months. One introduction reward is available per new designer; changing employer or email does not create a new member. The new member receives their usual welcome credit once. This is not a cash commission.

You may choose the shipping address for each order, including a client or project site. Changing employer does not cancel your Trade qualification or existing credit. Contact us to update your professional details; you do not need to reapply for every project.

For a new project, use your existing account email and include the project reference, product list, quantities and timing. Tell us if your client will pay directly so account access, pricing, payment and returns can be coordinated before ordering.

For resale or tax exemption, provide valid documentation for the destination; acceptance and tax treatment must be confirmed before processing. For missing parts or installation questions, send the order number, affected item, quantity and photographs.
